Thick & Rich Hot Chocolate. Delicious Hot Chocolate - The BEST Recipe | In 60 seconds

Today I'll show you how to make some thick hot chocolate at home, and share with you one of my favorite hot chocolate recipes. It is one of the oldest drinks on Earth. It was first created by the Aztecs, who believed that this beverage brings both youthfulness and wisdom. Only noble men, warriors and shamans could drink it at that time. Today you can buy this beverage in any coffee house and everyone including women can enjoy its marvelous taste. Moreover, it is really easy to make at home. This beverage is hot chocolate, if you haven’t guessed already! =) My recipe certainly differs a bit from the one by the Aztecs, but still mine is really tasty and can greatly cheer anyone up. Recipe: 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk 125 ml (1/2 cup) water 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 4 pieces of chocolate A pinch of salt A pinch of vanilla sugar For decorating: Whipped cream A pinch of grated cinnamon Let’s get going! Mix milk with cornstarch (aka corn flour) beforehand. Pour some water into a pot and let it boil. Add cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, chocolate and vanilla sugar to the water. You can make this drink using milk only, but I prefer milk and water. Now wait until all the ingredients dissolve and pour in milk with starch slowly. Keep stirring until it starts to boil. Your hot chocolate should look quite thick. Pour the drink into your favorite mug and decorate it with some whipped cream. A pinch of cinnamon powder will work well here, too. Now you know how to make thick hot chocolate which should make you both young and wise.
